Oh. there WILL be bail for this man, there always is. Our police department is more worried about everyone smoking pot than the men who beat their women repeatedly and our society says its ok because they just have to spend a little time in jail and its ok. Been there done that. My ex just got out of jail for beating me up. I had several near death experiences and the next chic he gets with he probably WILL kill. But it's ok our cops don't solve the murders around here either so what makes us think they are going to care about a few girls getting beat up

Salinan accused of choking girlfriend

A Salina man is accused of choking his girlfriend early Sunday, causing injuries to her neck and eyes.

Tina M. Wallace, 29, 1319 Talley, told Salina police the incident occurred about 4 a.m. Sunday at her home. Police were called when Wallace sought treatment for her injuries about 8 p.m. Tuesday at Salina Regional Health Center. Deputy Chief Carson Mansfield said Wallace had bruises on her neck and broken blood vessels in her eyes.

Avis O. Black, 25, Salina, was arrested Tuesday evening.
