DUI CONVICTIONS -- Wayne K. Petty, 23, 1415 Kiowa, six months in jail, probation granted for one year after serving 48 hours, $500 fine, $50 court costs.

Brandon P. Eilert, 22, 1227 Meyer, 2nd offense, one year in jail, probation granted for two years after serving five days, $1,000 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee.

THEFT -- A Stihl saw belonging to Construction Rental Salina was reported stolen from 515 N. Broadway between 2:31 p.m. Sept. 24 and 3:36 p.m. Thursday; $800 loss.

THEFT FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE -- Kicker 12-inch subwoofers, a zippered duffel bag and miscellaneous tools belonging to Jim A. Reed were reported stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at 737 S. 11th between 10 p.m. Sept. 20 and 11 a.m. Sept. 21; $1,600 loss.
